I first encountered this wonderful rub at the St. Augustine, FL Farmer's Market in May of 2015. From the moment I had it I knew it was special. But, not until I got home, ordered some and did my own smoked pork shoulder with it, did I fully realize what I gift to the Universe this extraordinary rub truly is.
I now smoke a pork shoulder at least once every two weeks. People in Springfield, IL comment constantly about the wonderful taste of this pulled pork. My pork posole is superbly enhanced and I could not more highly recommend this product.
